Previously on Exum’s Advisory Board and now pivoting to be a member of the leadership team, Josh likes to shake things up by helping clients solve big problems with outside-the-box, effective solutions.

Born and raised in the heartland of Nova Scotia, he earned his Masters in Geophysics at Carleton University in Ottawa and later worked with ExxonMobil in Houston. Josh spent his earlier years as a longline fisherman out of Norway in the North, Norwegian and Barents Seas.
